Account

How do I open a trade account?

Please complete and submit our online Trade Account form.

Once we receive your details we will validate your company information.

Should we need any further details to setup your account our team will be in contact.

You will then receive an email confirming your account application has been successful.

You will be able to log in and browse our full product range, place orders and view your account.

You will also be assigned an area sales agent who will also be able to assist you alongside our sales team.

 

How do I log on to the website?

Once your Trade Account has been approved you will receive confirmation of this via email along with instruction on how to log into our website. Follow the link and once you are logged in, you will be allowed to make changes to your password.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on the website after you have logged into your account – simply add items to your basket, complete the sale and you will receive an invoice containing our Bank Details to enable a BACS transfer.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ and our system will send you and email with the temporary password for you to login with, once logged in you will be able to update and personalise your password. If you don’t receive an email from us when you have clicked on Forgot Password, please contact our team and we will look into it.

Can I have more than one account login?

Yes. Your account with us will consist of a Main Account Holder but you can have multiple logins to our website where you team can view products and prices, check stock feeds and view latest news. Please note that only the Main Account Holder will be able to place orders. To add additional team members to your account please visit your profile page on our website and click ‘Additional Logins’

Where can I find a current stock feed?

You can download an accurate stock feed from the account section of our website once logged in. Alternatively you can request to have one sent out to you each week. Please email us to request this.

Can I view assembly instructions online?

Yes, simply log into your account on our website and go to the product page, here you will be able to download a PDF of the instructions you can view or print.

 

General

How do I qualify for free delivery?

In order to secure free delivery, there is a minimum order value of £500. All orders under £500 are subject to a £20 carriage charge. Direct Home Delivery are charged for separately. Delivery Charges are based on UK Mainland only (not including Highlands and Islands); additional geographical charges will be agreed prior to despatch.  

What is your lead time on delivery?

Products in stock will be delivered within 3 to 5 weeks.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! And the best part is: you'll receive a 5% discount for doing so. Our scheduling team will simply contact you to arrange a time and date to suit you.

Can a sales agent visit me at my retail store?

Yes. If you are an independent retailer and have an account with us, one of our professional sales agents local to you can arrange to visit your store to discuss our product range in person. Please call sales to enquire.

I need images of Kyoto products for my website

As an account holder, when logged in to our website, you can find these in the product file where you can download them and use on your marketing material.

Where are the legs and/or fixing kits to my product?

For almost all of our products, you will find a zip compartment on the underside of the seat where we have carefully stowed away any parts that require assembly. If any of these are missing, please contact our Sales team via our contact form and they will send out any necessary parts.

How do I pay for my order?

Please pay for your orders via BACS transfer. If you have been approved for a credit account you will be required to pay 30 days NET from date of invoice. Our details for BACS payment are noted at the bottom of all invoices. Please note proforma orders require payment at time of ordering- stock cannot be reserved or despatched until full payment has been received.

Do you sell to the general public?

Unfortunately, as a wholesaler we only supply trade customers. However, if you are interested in any of our products, please contact our Sales team and they will help find a stockist near you.
